Payment must be received in advance, at least 1 week prior to attending the first lesson. A course place is confirmed on reception of the payment. Please note that we don’t accept payment by instalments.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.
We are unable to provide refunds in respect to missed classes as your place is reserved for several weeks and our classes have a limited number of learners.
Course Cancellation / postponement by you
If you are unable to complete a term, we can't refund the remaining classes but we will keep your credit for when you can rejoin. Note that if you are in a group and you want to complete a term with one-to-one tuition, you can do it face-to-face or online provided that an additional fee is paid to cover the fee of one-to-one lesson(s).
Class Cancellation / Amendment by us
In exceptional cases it may be necessary for us to cancel or amend the time and/or location of a class. If a class is cancelled or amended, you and your peers will be offered the opportunity to attend it on a different day/time that suits you all and the teacher.
All refund requests must be made in writing to email@example.com.
Refunds are only available against course fees and are subject to the criteria set out above. All refunds will be remitted within 30 days.
We will always try to give you reasonable advance notice of any future changes to tuition fee rates. However, we do reserve the right to change tuition fee rates from time to time without notice.
Students preparing an exam
No tutoring or tutor can ever guarantee a particular grade or level in an exam or the passing of an entrance exam and the tutor cannot be held liable in the eventuality that the student does not reach the hoped-for standard.
