FAQ Subscriptions

To access your subscription lessons, you need to log in first then select Lessons on the menu tag

1. Log in
2. Go to ‘Your account’
3. Select ‘Your memberships’ tag.
4. In the ‘Account overview’, select ‘Upgrade or change your membership’.
5. Select the desired membership and follow the instructions.

If you have a proration credit, it will be deduced in the first payment or in some cases also subsequent payments (depending on the credit left in your account).

To cancel a subscription, log into Your account. (top right corner of the menu).

Go into Your membership page and follow the prompt
